Introducing Me

Hi there,

My name is Katie Goodwin. I’m a 21-year-old sports journalist major originally from the Pacific Northwest, now living in Arizona. Some general info about me is that I love golf (I’m literally a golf dictionary), Jesus, chai, oats, photography, and my two cats (Duster and Malia). I have played golf for over 15 years and went on to play in college for a couple years before stopping and transferring to another school. But that’s just the generics about me. I promise I’m an interesting person once you get past surface level and I hope that shows in what I write.

This blog is honestly something I’ve been wanting to do for years, I just never had. Then this summer, I met one of my best friends now who also has a blog. She truly inspired me to start one of my own and just do the things I love without worrying about what other people think.

So that is what I’m doing.

I’ll write about (mostly) everything from personal anecdotes to how I feel about some golf situation taking place. Or maybe an article from school that I’m proud of or a recent travel experience.

I hope you’ll join me on the adventures that will occur in these posts. I know it’s going to be one crazy ride, but also times where there won’t be much happening.
